Holding Space' is an essential training for anyone wanting to hold space for people in extreme states. A juicy blend of embodied practice, scientific research, and practical advice. Nir and Igal expertly weave together meditative and playful exercises, to equip participants with the building blocks for empathic listening, and what to do in a spiritual crisis. The skills taught in this workshop should be learnt by everyone, as ways to deepen intimacy, and create a culture of love and compassion.
I am deeply grateful to have attended and feel so full of hope that this work is being offered to the world. Thank you!

I highly recommend the holding space workshop not only to people who are interested in actively supporting people in psychadelic crisis, but anyone who finds themself often in environments where substances are used. The skills and insights gained in the workshop are essential for any larger social gatherings.

Brilliant way to learn what to do and what not to do when someone is having the experience that may change their life forever. Essential knowhow for conscious evolution.

A really well facilitated workshop. Nir and Igal clearly have a huge amount of knowledge and experience, and do a great job of sharing it and guiding the group through exercises to practice the skills they've spent so long developing.

A really well facilitated workshop. Holding Space eased us into connection with ourselves, our emotions and other people in the room so as to be able to intervene in emotional/psychedelic crises from a place of empathy & groundedness.
Everyone's agency & needs were respected, and I felt comfortable enough to take time to process things and re-engage when I felt ready to.
I really recommend this to any practitioner or any person who wants to help others.
Thank you!

Every human needs to learn how to hold safe and loving spaces for others. I also loved the importance the facilitators put on reminding us to always treat guests with a high degree of respect and dignity.

A really useful workshop to equip one with very practical skills to help others in any kind of extreme state, whether pharmaceutically, emotionally or mentally induced.

An incredible weekend full of knowledge, kindness and joy. I leave this workshop feeling more confident in my ability to hold space for anyone going through a challenging time, but also feeling more centered.

This was an incredibly comprehensive, engaging and empowering workshop packed with a healthy dose of education (neuroscience and psychedelics) and skills acquisition that leaves you confident and assured that you have what it takes to hold space when and how it matters most.I have no doubt that the next workshop will be even more impressive!
